Scope of coverage: professional indemnity of managers, employees, persons supervising the area of finance and payroll service and legal protection in the area of penal-fiscal liability.

Refund of fines and penalties which the Insured was obliged to pay as a result of:

· Fiscal misdemeanour or fiscal crime commission

· Fiscal crime commission

· Court sentence based on application of Social Insurance Institution or State Labour Inspection

· Lawyers remuneration

· Court costs including expert witnesses cost and witnesses costs

· Costs of enforcement proceedings

· Expert opinions
