Director of Collaboration Development

Joanna has an extensive 23-year experience in the insurance and financial market, gained in leading financial institutions (ING Bank Śląski, PKO BP Bankowy OFE) and insurance companies (Nationale-Nederlanden, AXA, UNIQA). She coordinated sales processes in cooperation with external intermediaries and her own sales networks. She was in charge of training, implementation and supervision of sales in subordinate sales groups. Experienced in leading sales teams of multiple people. In 2013, she completed a postgraduate course in “Property Valuation” at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw. Graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy at the Catholic University of Lublin, with a degree in nature conservation. She joined the IRCA team in February 2023, as Director of Collaboration Development.
